(a) Location. This safety zone is
established to encompass all U.S.
navigable waters of Lake St. Clair within
a 250-yard radius of 42°23.13′ N
082°53.74′ W (WGS 84).
(b) Enforcement period. The safety
zone described in paragraph (a) of this
section will be enforced from 9 p.m.
through 10 p.m. on September 8, 2023.
(c) Regulations.
