Federal Transit Administration July 14, 2006 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) is revising and updating its Circular 4702.1, ``Title VI Program Guidelines for Urban Mass Transit Administration Recipients.'' FTA is issuing a proposed Title VI Circular and seeks input from interested parties on this document. After consideration of the comments, FTA will issue a second Federal Register notice responding to comments received and noting any changes made to the Circular as a result of comments received.
