The purpose of this notice is to publish changes in the Fixed Residential Moving Cost Schedule (schedule) for the States and Territories of Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Guam, Hawaii, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, N. Mariana Islands, Ohio, Oklahoma, Puerto Rico, South Dakota, Virgin Islands, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin as provided for by section 202(b) of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended (Uniform Act). The schedule amounts for the States and Territories not listed above remain unchanged. The Uniform Act applies to all programs or projects undertaken by Federal Agencies or with Federal financial assistance that cause the displacement of any person.

Notice of Final Federal Agency Actions on Proposed Highway Projects in Texas
This notice announces actions taken by TxDOT and Federal agencies that are final. The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for these projects are being, or have been, carried-out by TxDOT pursuant to an assignment agreement executed by FHWA and TxDOT. The actions relate to various proposed highway projects in the State of Texas. These actions grant licenses, permits, and approvals for the projects.
Emergency Temporary Closure of the Interstate 40 Hernando DeSoto Bridge Over the Mississippi River Between Arkansas and Tennessee
The Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) and the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) closed the I-40 Hernando DeSoto Bridge (I-40 Bridge) over the Mississippi River between Arkansas and Tennessee on May 11, 2021, for safety considerations when a mechanical fracture was discovered within the elements of a steel box beam. FHWA is providing notice that ARDOT and TDOT are continuing the temporary closure of the I-40 Bridge for an indefinite period of time. FHWA has approved a request by the Arkansas and the Tennessee Divisions of the FHWA for an emergency deletion of a segment of I-40 between the I-55 Split (Exit 279B) in West Memphis, Arkansas, and the I-240 Interchange (Exit 1E) in Memphis, Tennessee, from the National Network in accordance with applicable regulations due to the safety considerations discussed in this notice. FHWA is requesting comments from the public on the alternate routes selected by TDOT and ARDOT due to the closure.
Notice of Intent To Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for a Proposed Highway Project, Bronx County, NY
FHWA is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to solicit comments and advise the public, agencies, and stakeholders that an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will be prepared for the proposed replacement or rehabilitation of the Shore Road Bridge over the Hutchinson River in Bronx County, New York (the Project). This NOI contains a summary of the information required in the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) regulations. This NOI should be reviewed together with the NOI Report, which contains important details about the proposed project and supplements the information in this NOI. Persons and agencies who may be interested in or affected by the proposed project are encouraged to comment on the information in this NOI and the NOI Report.

FHWA, in coordination with the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT), is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to solicit comments and advise the public, agencies, and stakeholders of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) that will be prepared to study the effects of a highway project under consideration for the Highway 67 corridor in Clay, Greene, Lawrence, and Randolph counties, Arkansas. This notice contains a summary of the information as required in the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) regulations. This NOI should be reviewed together with the Supplementary NOI Information document which contains important details about the proposed project.
