The actions relate to a proposed highway project, U.S. 20 at Targhee Pass, specifically the section between its junction with Idaho State Highway 87 and the Montana State line, milepost 402.1 to 406.3 in Fremont County, State of Idaho. We published a Federal Register Notice with a 60-day public comment period on this information collection on September 28, 2020. We are required to publish this notice in the Federal Register by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.

Notice To Rescind a Notice of Intent To Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement: Peoria, Tazewell and Woodford Counties, Illinois
The FHWA is issuing this notice to advise the public that an environmental impact statement (EIS) will not be prepared for the Eastern Bypass Study, a proposed highway within Peoria, Tazewell and Woodford Counties in Illinois. The termini for the bypass were proposed to be Interstate 74, east of the city of East Peoria, and Illinois Route 6, north of the City of Peoria. The FHWA is rescinding its notice of intent (NOI) to prepare a Tier I EIS which was published in the Federal Register on May 8, 2014.
Notice of Final Federal Agency Actions on Proposed Highway in California
The FHWA, on behalf of Caltrans, is issuing this notice to announce actions taken by Caltrans, that are final. The actions relate to a proposed extension of the eastbound truck climbing lane on Interstate 10 in the Counties of San Bernardino and Riverside, State of California. Those actions grant licenses, permits, and approvals for the project.
