Notice To Rescind a Notice of Intent To Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement: Dane County, Wisconsin
A Notice of Intent (NOI) to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) was published in the Federal Register Vol. 80, No. 65, April 6, 2015 to advise the public that FHWA and WisDOT would prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a proposed freeway interchange improvement project on Interstate I-39/90 at the I-39/90 and US 12/18 interchange (Beltline Interchange) and adjacent local road systems in the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. The FHWA is issuing this notice to advise the public that FHWA and WisDOT will no longer prepare an EIS for this interchange improvement project. FHWA and WisDOT will prepare an Environmental Assessment (EA) for a proposed improvement project with reduced scope and impacts.
Notice of Final Federal Agency Actions on Proposed Highway in California
The FHWA, on behalf of Caltrans, is issuing this notice to announce actions taken by Caltrans, and USFWS. The actions relate to a proposed highway project on Interstate 10 (I-10), the I-10/Avenue 50 New Interchange Project, located in the eastern portion of the City of Coachella in the County of Riverside, State of California. The proposed interchange is located approximately 3.4 miles east of the existing I- 10/Dillon Road interchange, and approximately 9.1 miles west of the existing Cactus City Safety Road Rest Area. Those actions grant licenses, permits, and approvals for the project.

The actions relate to a proposed highway project, Toll Locations 1 and 2 in the Towns of Hopkinton, Richmond, and Exeter in the State of Rhode Island, FHWA Project Number T0LL002, Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT) Contract Number 2017- OT-002.
Environmental Impact Statement: Strafford and Rockingham County, New Hampshire
The FHWA is issuing this notice to advise the public that a Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) will be prepared to re-evaluate a reasonable range of transportation alternatives associated with the General Sullivan Bridge (GSB) for maintaining access for pedestrians and bicyclists across Little Bay in Newington and Dover, New Hampshire, thereby retaining this regional connectivity in northern coastal New Hampshire.
Automated Driving Systems
Automated Driving Systems (ADS) are increasingly being tested and introduced onto the public roadways. The FHWA is interested in hearing from the public, including stakeholders (e.g., State and local agencies, vehicle manufacturing industry, road hardware and intelligent transportation systems industry, related associations, transportation advocates, ADS hardware and software platform developers, etc.), on a range of issues related to assessing the infrastructure requirements and standards that may be necessary for enabling safe and efficient operations of ADS.
Notice of Final Federal Agency Actions of Proposed Highway Improvement in California; Statute of Limitations on Claims
The FHWA, on behalf of Caltrans, is issuing this notice to announce actions taken by Caltrans. The actions relate to the proposed widening project on State Route 138 (SR-138) between 5th Street East and 10th Street East from two lanes to three lanes in each direction, a distance of approximately 0.5 mile. Additionally, the project proposes to widen Sierra Highway from two lanes to three lanes in each direction between Avenue R and a point 500 feet south of Avenue Q, a distance of approximately 0.9 mil, in the City of Palmdale within the County of Los Angeles, State of California. Those actions grant licenses, permits, and approvals for the project.
