This notice provides information regarding FHWA's finding that a Buy America waiver is appropriate for the obligation of Federal-aid funds for 30 State projects involving the purchase or retrofit of vehicles or vehicle components on the condition that they be assembled in the U.S.
Supplemental Final Environmental Impact Statement; Washington, DC
The U.S. Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) in coordination with the District of Columbia Department of Transportation (DDOT) in Washington, DC is issuing this notice to advise agencies and the public that a Supplemental Final Environmental Impact Statement (SFEIS) will be prepared for the South Capitol Street Project (the Project). The Project proposes to make major changes to the South Capitol Street Corridor from Firth Sterling Avenue SE to Independence Avenue and the Suitland Parkway from Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue SE., to South Capitol Street, including replacing the existing Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge over the Anacostia River.

This notice announces actions taken by the FHWA and other Federal agencies that are final within the meaning of 23 U.S.C. 139(l)(1). The actions relate to a proposed highway project, Grand Parkway (State Highway 99) Segments H and I-1, from US 59 (N)/I-69 to I-10 (E) in Montgomery, Harris, Liberty, and Chambers Counties, Texas. Those actions grant licenses, permits, and approvals for the project.
Revised Notice of Intent
FHWA is issuing this revised notice of intent to advise the public of modifications to the environmental review process for the US 219 Project in Garrett County, Maryland, and Somerset County, Pennsylvania. These modifications include a change in the lead Federal agency from the FHWA Pennsylvania Division Office to the FHWA DelMar Division Office and the intent of FHWA to utilize the environmental review provisions afforded under Section 6002 of the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU) and under Section 1319 of the Moving Ahead for the Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP-21). This notice revises the NOI that was published in the Federal Register on October 17, 2003.

Notice of Final Federal Agency Action on Proposed Highway in North Carolina
This notice announces an action taken by the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) that is final within the meaning of 23 U.S.C. 139(l)(1). This final agency action relates to a proposed highway project, Bonner Bridge Replacement Project along NC 12, from Rodanthe to Bodie Island in Dare County, North Carolina. The FHWA's Record of Decision (ROD) identifies the Parallel Bridge Corridor Alternative as the selected alternative for Phase I of the Bonner Bridge Replacement Project with a Transportation Management Plan which outlines a decision-making process for future phases.
