These actions relate to a proposed highway project, Interstate 93 beginning at the Massachusetts State Line in Salem, and proceeding northerly 19.8 miles to the junction of I-293 in Manchester in Rockingham and Hillsborough Counties, State of New Hampshire. These actions relate to a proposed 7.25 km (4.5 mile) Campus Parkway, which would be a four-lane expressway beginning at the Mission Avenue Interchange on State Route 99 and extending north on new alignment to Yosemite Avenue, south and east of the City of Merced in Merced County, State of California. These actions grant approvals for the project.

We published a Federal Register Notice with a 60-day public comment period on this information collection on February 26, 2007. We are required to publish this notice in the Federal Register by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.

The FHWA is issuing this notice to advise the public of its intent to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed widening and realignment of State Route 58 (SR-58) Kramer Junction Expressway from two to four lanes located between the Kern/San Bernardino County line and a point 12.9 miles east on SR-58 in San Bernardino County, California. This will be a gap closure project.
