This notice announces actions taken by the FHWA and other Federal agencies that are found within the meaning of 23 U.S.C. 139(l)(l). These actions relate to a proposed highway project, Interstate 93 beginning at the Massachusetts State Line in Salem, and proceeding northerly 19.8 miles to the junction of I-293 in Manchester in Rockingham and Hillsborough Counties, State of New Hampshire. These actions grant licenses, permits, and approval of the project.

The FHWA has forwarded the information collection request described in this notice to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to renew an information collection. We published a Federal Register Notice with a 60-day public comment period on this information collection on February 26, 2007. We are required to publish this notice in the Federal Register by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.

The FHWA invites public comments about our intention to request the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) approval for reinstatement of a previously approved collection for which approval has expired: It is summarized below under Supplementary Information. The FHWA is issuing this notice to advise the public of its intent to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed realignment and widening of State Route 58 Freeway (SR-58) located west of the City of Barstow near the community of Hinkley in San Bernardino County, California.

This notice rescinds the previous Notice of Intent (issued November 28, 1994) to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for improvements of a portion of U.S. Route 19 (U.W. 19) in Franklin Township, Greene County, Pennsylvania.

The FHWA is issuing this notice to advise the public that an environmental impact statement will be prepared to identify a corridor for a future proposed highway and port of entry in San Diego County, California.

The FHWA is reissuing this Notice to advise the public of changes to the Environmental Assessment that was to be prepared for the proposed improvements to the I-94/I-69 corridor and the Black River Bridge in Port Huron Township, MI and changes to the Environmental Impact Statement that was to be prepared for the proposed improvements to the United States Port of entry Plaza for the Blue Water Bridge in St. Clair County, Michigan. This Notice revises the published Notices of Intent of January 27, 2005 and November 7, 2006.
