This action proposes to establish Class D airspace and amend Class E airspace at Dallas, GA, to accommodate the proposed temporary air traffic control tower at Paulding Northwest Atlanta Airport. Controlled airspace is necessary for the safety and management of instrument flight rules (IFR) operations at the airport. This action also would recognize the airport's name change.
