Proposed Modification, Revocation, and Establishment of Multiple Air Traffic Service (ATS) Routes; North Central and Northeast United States
This action proposes to amend, remove, and establish multiple jet routes, high altitude and low altitude Area Navigation (RNAV) routes (Q- and T-routes), and VHF Omnidirectional Range (VOR) Federal airways in the north central and northeast United States to reflect and accommodate route changes being made in Canadian airspace as part of Canada's Winsor-Toronto-Montreal (WTM) airspace redesign project. This action also would amend or remove ATS routes with minimal or no use.

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, FAA invites public comments about our intention to request the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval to renew an information collection. The Federal Register Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments on the following collection of information was published on April 14, 2014, vol. 79, no. 71, pages 20965-20966. The FAA uses the information collected on form 7460-1 to determine the effect a proposed construction or alteration would have on air navigation and the National Airspace System (NAS), and the information collected on form 7460-2 to measure the progress of actual construction.
