The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is publishing one general license (GL) issued pursuant to the Global Magnitsky Sanctions Regulations: GL 8, which was previously made available on OFAC's website.
Proposed Collection; Comment Request for Form 5498-SA
The Department of the Treasury, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing information collections, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, Public Law 104-13. Currently, the IRS is soliciting comments concerning Form 5498-SA; HSA, Archer MSA, or Medicare Advantage MSA Information.
Proposed Collection; Comment Request for Regulation Project
The Internal Revenue Service, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on information collections, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The IRS is soliciting comments concerning preparer penalties- manual signature requirement.
Notice of OFAC Sanctions Actions
The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is publishing the names of one or more persons that have been placed on OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List) based on OFAC's determination that one or more applicable legal criteria were satisfied. All property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of these persons are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with them. OFAC is additionally updating the entries on the SDN List for one vessel.
