The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is publishing two general licenses (GLs) issued in the Venezuela Sanctions program: GL 40, which was previously made available on OFAC's website and is now expired, and GL 40A, which was also previously made available on OFAC's website and expires on July 12, 2023.

Proposed Collection of Information: FHA New Account Request, Transition Request, and Transfer Request
The Department of the Treasury, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing information collections, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. Currently the Bureau of the Fiscal Service within the Department of the Treasury is soliciting comments concerning the collections of information required to comply with the terms and conditions of FHA New Account Request, Transition Request, and Transfer Request.
