Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request; Small Dollar Loan Program
The Department of the Treasury will submit the following information collection requests to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), on or after the date of publication of this notice. The public is invited to submit comments on these requests.
Required Minimum Distributions; Correction
This document contains corrections to a notice of proposed rulemaking and notice of public hearing that was published in the Federal Register on Thursday, February 24, 2022. The proposed regulations relating to required minimum distributions from qualified plans; section 403(b) annuity contracts, custodial accounts, and retirement income accounts; individual retirement accounts and annuities; and eligible deferred compensation plans under section 457.
Notice of OFAC Sanctions Actions
The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is publishing the names of one or more persons that have been placed on OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List based on OFAC's determination that one or more applicable legal criteria were satisfied. All property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of these persons are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with them.
