Notice of OFAC Sanctions Actions
The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is publishing the names of one or more persons that have been placed on OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List based on OFAC's determination that one or more applicable legal criteria were satisfied. All property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of these persons are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with them.
Notice of Funds Availability Inviting Applications for Financial Assistance Awards or Technical Assistance Grants Under the Native American CDFI Assistance Fiscal Year 2020 Funding Round
Through the NACA Program, the Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund provides (i) FA awards of up to $1 million to Certified Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) serving Native American, Alaska Native, or Native Hawaiian populations or Native American areas defined as Federally- designated reservations, Hawaiian homelands, Alaska Native Villages and U.S. Census Bureau-designated Tribal Statistical Areas (collectively, ``Native Communities'') to build their financial capacity to lend to Eligible Markets and/or their Target Markets, and (ii) TA grants of up to $150,000 to build Certified, and Emerging CDFIs' organizational capacity to serve Eligible Markets and/or their Target Markets, and Sponsoring Entities ability to create Certified CDFIs that serve Native Communities. All awards provided through this NOFA are subject to funding availability.

Proposed Collection; Comment Request for Form Project
The Internal Revenue Service, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on continuing information collections, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The IRS is soliciting comments concerning tax information authorization and IRS disclosure authorization for victims of identity theft.

The Internal Revenue Service, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on continuing information collections, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The IRS is soliciting comments concerning information collect requirements related to the treatment of distributions to foreign persons under sections 367(e)(1) and 367(e)(2).
Inflation Adjustment of Civil Monetary Penalties
The Department of the Treasury (``Department'' or ``Treasury'') publishes this final rule to adjust its civil monetary penalties (``CMPs'') for inflation as mandated by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990, as amended by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015 (collectively referred to herein as ``the Act''). This rule adjusts CMPs within the jurisdiction of two components of the Department to the maximum amount required by the Act.
