Proposed Collection; Comment Request for Form 4422 and Form 15056
The Internal Revenue Service, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on information collections, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The IRS is soliciting comments concerning Form 4422, Application for Certificate Discharging Property Subject to Estate Tax Lien and Form 15056, Escrow Agreement for Estates.
Notice of OFAC Sanctions Actions
The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is publishing the names of one or more persons that were placed on OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List based on OFAC's determination that one or more applicable legal criteria were satisfied. All property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of these persons were blocked, and U.S. persons were generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with them. Subsequently, on October 23, 2019, pursuant to a Presidential directive, the names published were removed from OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List and were unblocked.
