Quarterly Publication of Individuals Who Have Chosen To Expatriate
This notice is provided in accordance with IRC section 6039G of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) of 1996, as amended. This listing contains the name of each individual losing United States citizenship (within the meaning of section 877(a) or 877A) with respect to whom the Secretary received information during the quarter ending December 31, 2013. For purposes of this listing, long-term residents, as defined in section 877(e)(2), are treated as if they were citizens of the United States who lost citizenship.
Publication of Fiscal Year 2013 Service Contract Inventory
The Department of the Treasury will make available to the public at https://www.treasury.gov/about/organizational-structure/ offices/Pages/Office-of-the-Procurement-Executive.aspx (see Key Topics) the Department's Fiscal Year (FY) 2013 Service Contract Inventory. The Inventory lists all service contract actions over $25,000 awarded in FY 2013 and funded by Treasury, to include contract actions made on the Department's behalf by other agencies. Contract actions awarded by the Department on another agency's behalf with the other agency's funding are excluded.
