CDFI Bond Guarantee Program
The Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund, a wholly owned government corporation within the U.S. Department of the Treasury, is seeking proposals from entities interested in serving as the Master Servicer/Trustee for the CDFI Bond Guarantee Program, which was authorized under the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010 (Pub. L. 111- 240; 12 U.S.C. 4713a) (the Act). This Notice of Request for Proposals describes the duties of the Master Servicer/Trustee, the criteria to be used to select the Master Servicer/Trustee, the selection process, and how to submit proposals.
Bond Guarantee Program; Notice of Guarantee Availability (NOGA) Inviting Qualified Issuer Applications and Guarantee Applications
This NOGA is published in connection with the CDFI Bond Guarantee Program, administered by the Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund), a wholly owned government corporation within the U.S. Department of the Treasury (Treasury). The purpose of this NOGA is to notify the public that: (i) Parties interested in being approved as Qualified Issuers may submit Qualified Issuer Applications and (ii) Qualified Issuers may submit Guarantee Applications to be approved for a Guarantee under the CDFI Bond Guarantee Program. This NOGA also explains application submission and evaluation requirements and processes, agency contacts, and information on CDFI Bond Guarantee Program outreach.

Pursuant to United States Code, Title 31, section 5135(b)(8)(C), the United States Mint announces the Citizens Coinage Advisory Committee (CCAC) public meeting scheduled for June 25, 2013. Subject: Review and discussion of candidate designs for the Code Talker Recognition Congressional Medal Program for the Cherokee Nation, Meskwaki Nation (Sac and Fox), Seminole Nation, Fort Peck Assinboine and Sioux Tribes, Ho-Chunk Nation, OgLala Sioux Nation, and Yankton Sioux Nation; review and discussion of design direction for the 2015 America the Beautiful Quarters Program; and review and consideration of the Fiscal Year 2013 Annual Report. In accordance with 31 U.S.C. 5135, the CCAC: [ssquf] Advises the Secretary of the Treasury on any theme or design proposals relating to circulating coinage, bullion coinage, Congressional Gold Medals, and national and other medals. [ssquf] Advises the Secretary of the Treasury with regard to the events, persons, or places to be commemorated by the issuance of commemorative coins in each of the five calendar years succeeding the year in which a commemorative coin designation is made. [ssquf] Makes recommendations with respect to the mintage level for any commemorative coin recommended.
