Actions Taken Pursuant to Executive Order 13382
The Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (``OFAC'') is publishing on OFAC's list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (``SDN List'') the names of six entities and one individual, whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to Executive Order 13382 of June 28, 2005, ``Blocking Property of Weapons of Mass Destruction Proliferators and Their Supporters.'' The designations by the Director of OFAC, pursuant to Executive Order 13382, were effective on April 11, 2013.

The Department of the Treasury, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing information collections, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, Public Law 104-13 (44 U.S.C. 3506(c)(2)(A). Currently the Bureau of the Public Debt within the Department of the Treasury is soliciting comments concerning the Regulations Governing Payments by the Automated Clearing House Method on Account of United States Securities.
