Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request
The OCC, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on information collections, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, Public Law 104-13 (44 U.S.C. 3506(c)(2)(A)). The OCC is soliciting comments concerning the currently approved Minimum Security Devices and Procedures, Reports of Suspicious Activities, and Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Program information collection, which is being renewed without change. The OCC is also giving notice that it has sent the collection to OMB for review.

Utility Allowances Submetering
This document contains proposed regulations that amend the utility allowance regulations concerning the low-income housing tax credit. The proposed regulations update the utility allowance regulations to clarify that utility costs paid by a tenant based on actual consumption in a submetered rent-restricted unit are treated as paid by the tenant directly to the utility company. The proposed regulations affect owners of low-income housing projects that claim the credit, the tenants in those low-income housing projects, and the State and local housing credit agencies that administer the credit. This document also contains a notice of a public hearing on these proposed regulations.

Actions Taken Pursuant to Executive Order 13382
The Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (``OFAC'') is unblocking and removing three entities from OFAC's list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (``SDN List''), whose property and interests in property were blocked pursuant to Executive Order 13382 of June 28, 2005, ``Blocking Property of Weapons of Mass Destruction Proliferators and Their Supporters.'' OFAC is also announcing the unblocking and removal from the SDN List of seven vessels, which were property blocked pursuant to Executive Order 13382 of June 28, 2005.
