Agency Information Collection Activities: Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request
The OCC, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on a continuing information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a respondent is not required to respond to, an information collection unless the information collection displays a currently valid OMB control number. Currently, the OCC is soliciting comment concerning its extension, without change, of an information collection titled, ``Release of Non- Public Information12 CFR 4, Subpart C.'' The OCC is also giving notice that it has submitted the collection to OMB for review.

The Department of the Treasury, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing information collections, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, Public Law 104-13 (44 U.S.C. 3506(c)(2)(A)). Currently, the IRS is soliciting comments concerning Form 8939, Allocation of Increase in Basis for Property Acquired From a Decedent.
