The proposal for the collection of information listed below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35). Copies of the proposed information collection request may be obtained by contacting the Office of the Special Trustee at the phone number listed below in the For Further Information Contact section. Comments and suggestions on this proposal should be made directly to the Office of Management and Budget. A copy of the comments and suggestions should also be sent to the Office of the Special Trustee, at the address listed below.
Notice of Proposed Information Collection
In compliance with section 3506(c)(2)(A) of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Office of the Special Trustee for American Indians, Department of the Interior, announces the proposed extension of a public information collection required by The American Indian Trust Fund Management Reform Act of 1994, ``Trust Funds for Tribes and Individual Indians, 25 CFR part 115,'' OMB Control No. 1035-0004, and that it is seeking comments on its provisions. After public review, the Office of the Special Trustee for American Indians will submit the information collection to Office of Management and Budget for review and approval.
