The National Park Service is soliciting electronic comments on the significance of properties nominated before September 23, 2023, for listing or related actions in the National Register of Historic Places.

The National Park Service gives public notice that, pursuant to the terms of the concession contracts identified in the tables below, as applicable, and in accordance with NPS regulations, it intends to: extend each concession contract listed in Table 1 below until the date shown in the ``Extension Expiration Date'' column or until the effective date of a new contract, whichever comes first; continue each concession contract listed in Table 2 below until the date shown in the ``Continuation Expiration Date'' column or until the effective date of a new contract, whichever comes first; and award the temporary concession contract listed in Table 3 below.

Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act that a meeting of the National Historic Landmarks Committee (Committee) of the National Park System Advisory Board (Board) will meet as indicated below.

The National Park Service (NPS), U.S. Department of the Interior, is requesting nominations for qualified persons to serve as members of the Preservation Technology and Training Board (Board).

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 we, the National Park Service (NPS), are proposing to renew an information collection with revisions.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), Kansas State University has amended a Notice of Inventory Completion published in the Federal Register on September 11, 2006. This notice amends the minimum number of individuals.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the Arizona State University, Center for Archaeology and Society Repository (acting in place of the Arizona State University, School of Human Evolution and Social Change) has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects and has determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remains and associated funerary objects and Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations in this notice. The human remains and associated funerary objects were removed from Maricopa County, AZ.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the California State University, Chico (CSU Chico) intends to repatriate certain cultural items that meet the definition of objects of cultural patrimony and that have a cultural affiliation with the Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations in this notice. The cultural items were removed from Butte, Glenn, and Tehama Counties, CA.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the University of Nevada, Las Vegas has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects and has determined that there is no cultural affiliation between the human remains and associated funerary objects and any Indian Tribe. The human remains and associated funerary objects were removed from Clark County, NV.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), Louisiana State University, Museum of Natural Science (LSUMNS) has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects and has determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remains and associated funerary objects and Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations in this notice. The human remains and associated funerary objects were removed from Iberville Parish, Louisiana.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the University of Nevada, Las Vegas has completed an inventory of human remains and has determined that there is no cultural affiliation between the human remains and any Indian Tribe. The human remains were removed from Alameda County, CA.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the University of Nevada, Las Vegas has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects and has determined that there is no cultural affiliation between the human remains and associated funerary objects and any Indian Tribe. The human remains and associated funerary objects were removed from an unknown county or counties in Nevada.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the California State University, Chico (CSU, Chico) intends to repatriate certain cultural items that meet the definition of unassociated funerary objects and certain cultural items that meet the definition of objects of cultural patrimony, and that have a cultural affiliation with the Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations in this notice. The cultural items were removed from Placer and Sutter Counties, CA.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the University of California, Riverside (UCR) has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects and has determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remains and associated funerary objects and Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations in this notice. The human remains and associated funerary objects were removed from Riverside, CA.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), Louisiana State University, Museum of Natural Science (LSUMNS) has amended a Notice of Inventory Completion published in the Federal Register on December 13, 2000. This notice amends the minimum number of individuals and the number of associated funerary objects in a collection removed from the Phillip Nicks Place site in Avoyelles Parish, LA (16AV4).

The human remains and associated funerary objects were removed from an unknown county in Utah.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the University of Nevada, Las Vegas has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects and has determined that there is no cultural affiliation between the human remains and associated funerary objects and any Indian Tribe. The human remains and associated funerary objects were removed from White Pine County, Nevada.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the U.S Department of the Interior, Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) intends to repatriate a certain cultural item that meets the definition of a sacred object and that has a cultural affiliation with the Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations in this notice. The cultural item was removed from Cherokee County, OK.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the University of Nevada, Las Vegas has completed an inventory of human remains and has determined that there is no cultural affiliation between the human remains and any Indian Tribe. The human remains were removed from Elko County, NV.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the University of Nevada, Las Vegas has completed an inventory of human remains and has determined that there is no cultural affiliation between the human remains and any Indian Tribe. The human remains were removed from Lincoln County, NV.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the University of Nevada, Las Vegas has completed an inventory of human remains and has determined that there is no cultural affiliation between the human remains and any Indian Tribe. The human remains were removed from Camden, Madison, Phelps, Pulaski, Ralls, and St. Louis Counties, Missouri.
