As required by the Federal Advisory Committee Act (5 U.S.C. Appendix 1-16) the National Park Service is hereby giving notice for the 2014 schedule of meetings for the Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park Advisory Commission. The Commission was authorized by Congress and signed by the President on March 30, 2009, (Pub. L. 111- 11, Title VII, Subtitle A, Section 7001, Subsection e), ``to advise the Secretary in the development and implementation of the management plan.'' Agendas for these meetings will be provided on the Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park Web site: https://www.nps.gov/pagr/ parkmgmt/federal-advisory-commission.htm.

The U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Fort Bowie National Historic Site has completed an inventory of human remains, in consultation with the appropriate Indian tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations, and has determined that there is no cultural affiliation between the human remains and any present-day Indian tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations. Representatives of any Indian tribe or Native Hawaiian organization not identified in this notice that wish to request transfer of control of these human remains should submit a written request to Fort Bowie National Historic Site. If no additional requestors come forward, transfer of control of the human remains to the Indian tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations stated in this notice may proceed.

The Museum of Anthropology at Washington State University has completed an inventory of human remains, in consultation with the appropriate Indian tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations, and has determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remains and present-day Indian tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations. Lineal descendants or representatives of any Indian tribe or Native Hawaiian organization not identified in this notice that wish to request transfer of control of these human remains should submit a written request to the Museum of Anthropology at Washington State University. If no additional requestors come forward, transfer of control of the human remains to the lineal descendants, Indian tribes, or Native Hawaiian organizations stated in this notice may proceed.
