30-Day Federal Register Notice of Intention To Request Clearance of Collection of Information; Opportunity for Public Comment
Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13, 44 U.S.C. 3507) and 5 CFR part 1320, Reporting and Recordkeeping Requirements, the National Park Service (NPS) invites comments on an extension of a currently approved information collection clearance Office of Management and Budget (OMB) 1024-0232. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to, a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. The NPS published a 60-day notice to solicit public comments on this ICR in the Federal Register on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 (74 FR 57188). The comment period closed on January 4, 2010. No comments were received on this notice.
