Notice of Realty Action, Lease of Public Land in Sublette County, WY
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) proposes to convert a temporary land use permit to a long-term lease under Section 302 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 for use as a work-force facility.

As required by 43 CFR 2650.7(d), notice is hereby given that the Bureau of Land Management will issue an appealable decision approving the conveyance of surface and subsurface estates in certain lands pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act to Bristol Bay Native Corporation for 2.72 acres located southeast of the Native village of Koliganek, Alaska.
