As required by 43 CFR 2650.7(d), notice is hereby given that an appealable decision approving lands for conveyance pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act will be issued to Deloycheet, Incorporated. The lands are in the vicinity of Holy Cross, Alaska, and are located in:

The purpose of this notice is to solicit public nominations for vacant positions on the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) New Mexico Resource Advisory Council (RAC). The RAC provides advice and recommendations to BLM on land use planning and management of the public lands within New Mexico. Public nominations will be considered until June 18, 2007.
