Indian Arts and Crafts Board – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

The proposal for the collection of information listed below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35). Copies of the proposed information collection form may be obtained by contacting the Board's Director at the phone number listed below. Comments and suggestions on the requirement should be made directly to the Office of Management and Budget. A copy of the comments and suggestions should also be sent to the Board's Director.

The Indian Arts and Crafts Board (IACB) collects information to identify and revise listings for the Source Directory of American Indian and Alaska native owned and operated arts and crafts businesses. In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the IACB has submitted a request for renewal of approval of this information collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and requests public comments on this submission.

The Indian Arts and Crafts Board collects information to identify and revise listings for the Source Directory of American Indian and Alaska native owned and operated arts and crafts businesses. Comments on renewal of this collection are requested from the public. After the public review, we will submit the information collection to OMB-OIRA for review and re-approval as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
