Final Environmental Impact Statement for the Proposed Integrated Resource Management Plan for the Spokane Indian Reservation, Stevens County, WA
This notice advises the public that the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), in cooperation with the Spokane Tribe of Indians (Tribe), intends to file a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the proposed Integrated Resource Management Plan (IRMP) for the Spokane Indian Reservation, Washington, with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and that the FEIS is now available to the public. The proposed action would update the Tribe's existing IRMP, in order to continue long term resource management.

This notice publishes the Guidiville Band of Pomo Indians of the Guidiville Indian Rancheria Liquor Control Ordinance. The Ordinance regulates and controls the possession, sale and consumption of liquor within the Guidiville Band of Pomo Indians of the Guidiville Indian Rancheria tribal land. The tribal land is located on trust land. This Ordinance will increase the ability of the tribal government to control the distribution and possession of liquor within their tribal land, and at the same time will provide an important source of revenue and strengthening of the tribal government and the delivery of tribal services.

This notice advises the public that the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) as lead agency, with the National Indian Gaming Commission and Los Coyotes Band of Cahuilla and Cupe[ntilde]o Indians (Tribe) as cooperating agencies, intends to gather information necessary for preparing an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Tribe's renewed application for a proposed 45-acre fee-to-trust transfer and casino and hotel project to be located in San Bernardino County, California. The BIA did not approve the original application as submitted, hence published a Notice of Cancellation of work on the EIS on May 19, 2008, in the Federal Register (73 FR 28841).
Western Shoshone Application Form, Submission to Office of Management and Budget
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request for the renewal of a tribal enrollment information collection as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The information, collected under OMB Control No. 1076- 0165, will be used to establish that the applicants meet the eligibility requirements to share in the Western Shoshone judgment fund distribution.
