Fish and Wildlife Service July 11, 2005 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

Between April 21, 2004, and May 31, 2005, the Pacific Region and California/Nevada Operations Office of the Fish and Wildlife Service (encompassing Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Hawaii, California, and Nevada) issued 14 permits in response to applications for incidental take of threatened and endangered species, pursuant to sections 10(a)(1)(B) and 10(a)(1)(A) of the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (Act).
