Privacy Act Regulations; Exemption for the Personnel Security Program Files System
The Department of the Interior (DOI) is proposing to amend its regulations to exempt certain records in the INTERIOR/DOI-45, Personnel Security Program Files, system of records from one or more provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974 because of criminal, civil, and administrative law enforcement requirements.
Filing of Plats of Survey, Wyoming
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is scheduled to file plats of survey 30 calendar days from the date of this publication in the BLM Wyoming State Office, Cheyenne, Wyoming. These surveys, which were executed at the request of the U.S. Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management are necessary for the management of these lands.
Annual Fee Calculation
The National Indian Gaming Commission is amending agency procedures for calculating the amount of annual fee a gaming operation owes the National Indian Gaming Commission. The amendment excludes certain promotional credits from the calculation of the annual fee a gaming operation owes.
Endangered and Threatened Species; Receipt of Recovery Permit Applications
We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, have received applications for permits to conduct activities intended to enhance the propagation or survival of endangered or threatened species under the Endangered Species Act. We invite the public and local, State, Tribal, and Federal agencies to comment on these applications. Before issuing any of the requested permits, we will take into consideration any information that we receive during the public comment period.
