Notice of Inventory Completion: Longyear Museum of Anthropology, Colgate University, Hamilton, NY
The Longyear Museum of Anthropology has completed an inventory of human remains, in consultation with the appropriate Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations, and has determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remains and present-day Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations. Lineal descendants or representatives of any Indian Tribe or Native Hawaiian organization not identified in this notice that wish to request transfer of control of these human remains should submit a written request to the Longyear Museum of Anthropology. If no additional requestors come forward, transfer of control of the human remains to the lineal descendants, Indian Tribes, or Native Hawaiian organizations stated in this notice may proceed.

Notice of Application for Withdrawal Extension; Notice of Application for Withdrawal Addition; Notice of Segregation; and, Opportunity for Public Meeting for the Barry M. Goldwater Range, Arizona
The United States Department of the Air Force (USAF) and the United States Department of the Navy (USN) have filed applications to extend and expand existing Federal-land withdrawals in Maricopa, Pima, and Yuma counties, Arizona. They have requested an extension of the existing 1,743,426.42-acre withdrawal, along with the withdrawal of an additional 2,366 acres of public lands at Gila Bend airfield from all forms of appropriation under the public land laws, including the mining laws, the mineral leasing laws, and the geothermal leasing laws, subject to valid existing rights for an indefinite period. The decision about these applications will be made by Congress.
Proposed Transfer and Re-Use of Abandoned Pipelines
The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) is considering whether to authorize the transfer of ownership and reuse of certain pipelines that were decommissioned-in-place in the Gulf of Mexico (GOM).
