Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. Appendix 1-16, that the National Park System Advisory Board will conduct a teleconference meeting on December 5, 2014. Members of the public may attend the meeting in person in Washington, DC.

As required by the Federal Advisory Committee Act (5 U.S.C. Appendix 1-16), the National Park Service is hereby giving notice of the 2015 schedule of meetings for the Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park Advisory Commission. The Commission is authorized by the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 (16 U.S.C. 410lll(e)(2)), ``. . . to advise the Secretary in the development and implementation of the management plan.'' Agendas for these meetings will be provided on the Commission Web site at https://www.nps.gov/pagr/ parkmgmt/federal-advisory-commission.htm.

We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), determine threatened species status under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (Act), for the Gunnison sage-grouse (Centrocercus minimus), a bird species from southwestern Colorado and southeastern Utah. The effect of this regulation will be to add the Gunnison sage-grouse to the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife.
