Agency Information Collection Activities: Request for Comments: The William T. Pecora Award Application and Nomination Process
We (the U.S. Geological Survey) will ask the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to approve the information collection (IC) described below. As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, and as part of our continuing efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, we invite the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on this IC. This collection is scheduled to expire on January 31, 2015.
Notice of Intent To Prepare a Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for the Eagle Mountain Land Exchange, Riverside County, CA
In compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended (NEPA), the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (FLPMA), and in response to the May 10, 2011, Order of the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Palm Springs South Coast Field Office, Palm Springs, California, will prepare a Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) addressing deficiencies identified by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in the 1997 EIS for the Eagle Mountain Landfill and Recycling Center Project.

Agency Information Collection Activities; Proposed Renewal of a Currently Approved Information Collection (OMB Control Number 1006-0028)
We, the Bureau of Reclamation, intend to seek approval of the following information collection set to expire on December 31, 2014: Recreation Visitor Use Surveys, OMB Control Number 1006-0028. We will use several distinct forms to collect different types of recreation information. Before submitting the information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for re-approval, we are soliciting comments on specific aspects of the information collection.

Minor Boundary Revision at Chiricahua National Monument
The boundary of Chiricahua National Monument is modified to include 40 acres of land located in Cochise County, Arizona, immediately adjacent to the western boundary of Chiricahua National Monument. Subsequent to the proposed boundary revision, the United States will acquire the land by purchase from The Trust for Public Land, a nonprofit conservation organization.
Notice of Request for Nominations for the Na Hoa Pili O Kaloko-Honokohau National Historical Park Advisory Commission
The National Park Service, U.S. Department of the Interior, proposes to appoint new members to the Na Hoa Pili O Kaloko-Honokohau (The Friends of Kaloko-Honokohau), an advisory commission for the park. The Superintendent, Kaloko-Honokohau National Historical Park, acting as administrative lead, is requesting nominations for qualified persons to serve as members of the Commission.

The decision approves the surface estate in the lands described below for conveyance pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (43 U.S.C. 1601, et seq.). The subsurface estate in these lands will be conveyed to Calista Corporation when the surface estate is conveyed to Chefarnrmute, Incorporated. We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), announce the availability of a final comprehensive conservation plan (CCP) and finding of no significant impact (FONSI) for the environmental assessment (EA) we prepared on the CCP for Cokeville Meadows National Wildlife Refuge. The final CCP describes how we intend to manage the refuge for the next 15 years.
