Fisheries and Habitat Conservation; Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Ballville Dam Project on the Sandusky River, Sandusky County, Ohio
We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), announce the availability of a draft environmental impact statement (DEIS) that has been prepared to evaluate the Ballville Dam Project, in Sandusky County, Ohio, in accordance with the requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). We are also announcing a public meeting and requesting public comments.

The plats of survey described below are scheduled to be officially filed in the New Mexico State Office, Bureau of Land Management, Santa Fe, New Mexico, thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this publication.
Final Comprehensive Conservation Plans and Findings of No Significant Impacts for Environmental Assessments for Four Southwestern Refuges (Ozark Plateau and Wichita Mountains, OK; Buffalo Lake and Texas Mid-Coast, TX)
We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), announce the availability of four final comprehensive conservation plans (CCPs) and findings of no significant impacts (FONSIs) for the environmental assessments (EAs) for Buffalo Lake National Wildlife Refuge (NWR), Ozark Plateau NWR, Texas Mid-coast National Wildlife Refuge Complex (NWRC), and Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge (WR). Additionally, the Texas Mid-coast NWRC final CCP includes a final Land Protection Plan. In these final CCPs, we describe how we intend to manage these refuges for the next 15 years.

We (National Park Service, NPS) have sent an Information Collection Request (ICR) to OMB for review and approval. We summarize the ICR below and describe the nature of the collection and the estimated burden and cost. This information collection is scheduled to expire on January 31, 2014. We may not conduct or sponsor and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB Control Number. However, under OMB regulations, we may continue to conduct or sponsor this information collection while it is pending at OMB.
