General Regulation: National Park System
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this interim general rule governing demonstrations and the sale and distribution of printed matter for most of the National Park System as well as request for comments. This rule revises the definition of what constitutes a demonstration and exempts individuals and small groups from the requirement to obtain a permit for demonstrations and the sale or distribution of printed matter, consistent with the decisions in the Boardley v. Department of the Interior litigation. This rule also refines how applications are processed and prohibits the harassment of visitors and obstruction of public passageways.

To comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), BOEMRE is inviting comments on a collection of information that we will submit to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval. The information collection request (ICR) concerns the paperwork requirements in Notice to Lessees and Operators (NTL) ``No. 2010-N05, Increased Safety Measures for Energy Development on the OCS.''
Notice of Availability of Record of Decision for the NextLight Renewable Power, LLC, Silver State Solar Project Environmental Impact Statement
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) announces the availability of the Record of Decision (ROD) for the NextLight Renewable Power, LLC, Silver State Solar Project Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). The Department of the Interior Secretary signed the ROD on October 12, 2010, which constitutes the final decision of the Department.
Agency Information Collection Activities: Comment Request for the Consolidated Consumers' Report
We (the U.S. Geological Survey) will ask the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to approve the information collection (IC) described below. As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, and as part of our continuing efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, we invite the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on this IC. This IC is scheduled to expire on March 31, 2011.
