The original Federal Register notice announcing the meeting was published Tuesday, December 14, 2004, page number 74535.
Meeting of the Yakima River Basin Conservation Advisory Group, Yakima River Basin Water Enhancement Project, Yakima, WA
As required by the Federal Advisory Committee Act, notice is hereby given that the Yakima River Basin Conservation Advisory Group, Yakima River Basin Water Enhancement Project, Yakima, Washington, established by the Secretary of the Interior, will hold a public meeting. The purpose of the Conservation Advisory Group is to provide technical advice and counsel to the Secretary of the Interior and Washington State on the structure, implementation, and oversight of the Yakima River Basin Water Conservation Program.
Public Land Order No. 7624; Revocation of Secretarial Order Dated October 22, 1920; Idaho
This order revokes a Secretarial Order in its entirety as it affects 36,578.69 acres of land withdrawn for the Bureau of Reclamation's Minidoka Project, American Falls Reservoir. The land is located within the Fort Hall Indian Reservation and would return to the management and jurisdiction of the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
Notice of Availability (NOA) of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the McGregor Range Resource Management Plan Amendment (RMPA) and Notice of Opening of Public Comment Period With Public Meetings
In accordance with Section 202 of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA), the BLM announces the availability of the DEIS for the McGregor Range RMPA. The DEIS documents the direct, indirect, and cumulative environmental impacts of four alternative management plans for BLM- administered withdrawn public lands within the McGregor Range. When completed, the RMPA will fulfill the obligations set forth by NEPA, the Federal Land Policy and Management Act, and associated Federal regulations.
Notice of Meeting of the Pinedale Anticline Working Group
In accordance with the Federal Land Policy and Management Act (1976) and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (1972), the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Pinedale Anticline Working Group (PAWG) will meet in Pinedale, Wyoming, for a business meeting. Group meetings are open to the public.
