Army Educational Advisory Committee
Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972 (5 U.S.C., Appendix, as amended), the Sunshine in the Government Act of 1976 (5 U.S.C. 552b, as amended), and 41 CFR 102-3. 150, the following meeting notice is announced: Name of Committee: U.S. Army War College Subcommittee of the Army Education Advisory Committee. Intent To Grant a Partially Exclusive License for a U.S. Army Owned Invention to Machining Technologies, Inc.
The Department of the Army announces that, unless there is an objection, after 15 days it intends to grant a partially exclusive license to Machining Technologies, Inc., a corporation having a place of business in Hebron, Maryland, on ``Semi Permanent backup Iron Sight'', U.S. patent number 6,779,290. Any license granted shall comply with 35 U.S.C. 209 and 37 CFR part 404.
