The Department of the Army is publishing our rule concerning military police investigations. The regulation prescribes policies and procedures on types and categories of offenses investigated by Military Police and DA Civilian detectives/ investigators.

In accordance with 37 CFR Part 404.6, announcement is made of the availability for licensing of U.S. Patent No. US 6,901,608 B2 entitled ``Method and Apparatus for Making Body Heating and Cooling Garments'' issued June 7, 2005. This patent has been assigned to the United States Government as represented by the Secretary of the Army.

In accordance with 37 CFR 404.6 and 404.7, announcement is made of the availability for licensing of the invention set forth in U.S. Provisional Patent Application Serial No. 60/653,230 entitled ``Development of a Biosensor for Anthrax Therapeutics and Diagnostics, filed February 14, 2005.
