Record of Decision for the B-21 Main Operating Base 2 or 3 Beddown at Dyess AFB, Texas or Whiteman AFB, Missouri Environmental Impact Statement
On October 3, 2024, the Department of the Air Force (DAF) signed the Record of Decision (ROD) for the Environmental Impact Statement B-21 Beddown Main Operating Base 2 (MOB 2) or Main Operating Base 3 (MOB 3) at Dyess AFB, Texas or Whiteman AFB, Missouri.
Notice of Adoption of Categorical Exclusions Under the National Environmental Policy Act
The Department of the Air Force (DAF) has identified categorical exclusions (CATEXes) established by the Department of the Army (DA), Department of the Navy (DON), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) and Agricultural Research Service (ARS) that cover categories of actions that DAF is adopting. This notice identifies the thirty-five CATEXes established by the above listed Federal agencies and describes the categories of proposed actions for which the DAF intends to use these CATEXes. The DAF has consulted with these agencies, as described herein, and obtained concurrence on DAF use of these CATEXes.

Notice of Intent To Grant an Exclusive Patent License
Pursuant to the Bayh-Dole Act and implementing regulations, the Department of the Air Force hereby gives notice of its intent to grant an exclusive patent license to Trustees of Tufts College, 136 Harrison Avenue, Suite 75K-950, Boston, Massachusetts 02111, USA. Such license is exclusive.
Proposed Collection; Comment Request
In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Department of the Air Force announces a proposed public information collection and seeks public comment on the provisions thereof. Comments are invited on: whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the agency, including whether the information shall have practical utility; the accuracy of the agency's estimate of the burden of the proposed information collection; ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and ways to minimize the burden of the information collection on respondents, including through the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology.
