Pursuant to the Bayh-Dole Act and implementing regulations, the Department of the Air Force hereby gives notice of its intent to grant an exclusive patent license with a joint ownership agreement to co-owner, Board of Regents of The University of Oklahoma, a non-profit, duly organized, validly existing, and in good standing in the State of Oklahoma, having a place of business at 660 Parrington Oval #119, Norman, OK 73019.
Proposed Collection; Comment Request
In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Department of the Air Force announces a proposed public information collection and seeks public comment on the provisions thereof. Comments are invited on: Whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the agency, including whether the information shall have practical utility; the accuracy of the agency's estimate of the burden of the proposed information collection; ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and ways to minimize the burden of the information collection on respondents, including through the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology.

The Department of the Air Force published a document in the Federal Register of August 2, 2021, concerning an open public forum to discuss GPS public documents revisions and collection comments. The document contained incorrect dates.
Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request
Consistent with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and its implementing regulations, this document provides notice that DoD is submitting an Information Collection Request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to formalize the collection of information for The Isolated Personnel Report (ISOPREP): Personnel Recovery Mission Software (PRMS) and The DD 1833 ISOPREP Form. Information collected for the ISOPREP is used to positively identify, authenticate, support and recover isolated or missing DoD persons of interest. DoD requests emergency processing and OMB authorization to collect the information after publication of this notice for a period of six months.

On June 17, 2021, the Air Force submitted a report to the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) that addressed the value and effectiveness of the emergency alternative arrangements for National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) environmental review of proposed emergency response actions agreed to by the CEQ for the Department of the Air Force's (Air Force) Interim Beddown of the F-22 Formal Training Unit at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida.
Public Interface Control Working Group for the NAVSTAR GPS Public Documents
