GPS Requirements Section at

2021. Special topics may also be
considered for the Public Open Forum.
If you wish to present a special topic,
please submit any materials to SMC/
ZACS–PNT no later than August 18th,
2021. Comments will be collected,
cataloged, and discussed as potential
inclusions to the version following the
current release. If accepted, these
changes will be processed through the
formal change management process for
IS–GPS–200, IS–GPS–705, and IS–GPS–
800. All comments must be submitted in
a Comments Resolution Matrix. This
form along with proposed document
revisions of the documents and the
official meeting notice are posted at:
https://www.gps.gov/technical/icwg/
meetings/2021. Please register for this
event by emailing SMCGPER@us.af.mil,
providing your name, organization,
telephone number, email address, and
country of citizenship, as well as
desired mode of attendance (in-person
or virtual). Attendees are highly

grant the exclusive patent license
agreement for the invention described
in: U.S. 10,715,615, entitled ‘‘Dynamic
Content Distribution System and
Associated Methods,’’ issued 14 July
2020.
The Department of the Air Force may
grant the prospective license unless a
timely objection is received that
sufficiently shows the grant of the
license would be inconsistent with the
Bayh-Dole Act or implementing
regulations. A competing application for
a patent license agreement, completed
in compliance with 37 CFR 404.8 and
received by the Air Force within the
period for timely objections, will be
treated as an objection and may be
considered as an alternative to the
proposed license.
