The State Department will hold a public meeting at 2 p.m.-3:30 p.m. (ET) on WebEx with the Bureau of Cyberspace and Digital Policy's International Information and Communications Policy (CDP/ICP) division. The purpose of the meeting is to brief stakeholders on CDP/ICP's past and upcoming international engagements. These include engagement at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the Organization of American States Inter-American Telecommunication Commission (CITEL), the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Forum Telecommunications and Information Working Group, the Group of Seven (G7) Digital & Tech Working Group, the Group of Twenty (G20) Digital Economy Task Force, and other multilateral processes and bilateral digital and ICT dialogues.

Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that a certain object being imported from abroad pursuant to an agreement with its foreign owner or custodian for temporary exhibition or display in the Department of Greek and Roman Art of The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, New York, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is of cultural significance, and, further, that its temporary exhibition or display within the United States as aforementioned is in the national interest. The Department of State (the ``Department'') is announcing a pilot program to resume domestic visa renewal for qualified H-1B nonimmigrant visa applicants who meet certain requirements. This notice describes the requirements for participation in the pilot and provides information on how those falling within the bounds of the pilot program may apply for domestic visa renewal.

This notice provides updated information pertaining to the outer limits of the U.S. exclusive economic zone.

Pursuant to the authority in the Executive Order, ``Blocking Property of Weapons of Mass Destruction Proliferators and Their Supporters,'' and delegated authority, the Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security, in consultation with the Secretary of the Treasury and the Attorney General, has determined that General Technology Limited, Beijing Luo Luo Technology Development Co Ltd, and Changzhou Utek Composite Company Ltd, engaged, or attempted to engage, in activities or transactions that have materially contributed to, or pose a risk of materially contributing to, the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction or their means of delivery (including missiles capable of delivering such weapons), including any efforts to manufacture, acquire, possess, develop, transport, transfer or use such items, by Pakistan.

I have ordered that Public Notice of these determinations be published in the Federal Register.

Notice of receipt of request from India for cultural property protection.

Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that certain objects being imported from abroad pursuant to agreements with their foreign owners or custodians for temporary display in the exhibition ``Matisse and the Sea'' at the Saint Louis Art Museum, St. Louis, Missouri, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, are of cultural significance, and, further, that their temporary exhibition or display within the United States as aforementioned is in the national interest. I have ordered that Public Notice of these determinations be published in the Federal Register.

The Department of State is publishing the names of one or more persons that have been placed on the Department of Treasury's List of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN List) administered by the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) based on the Department of State's determination, in consultation with other departments, as appropriate, that one or more applicable legal criteria were satisfied. All property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of these persons are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with them.

The Department of State has submitted the information collections described below to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, we are requesting comments on these collections from all interested individuals and organizations. The purpose of this Notice is to allow 30 days for public comment.

The Overseas Schools Advisory Council, Department of State, will hold its January Committee Meeting. This meeting is open to the public.
