The information collected and maintained in Integrated Logistics Management Records is necessary to: (1) Ensure fiscal accountability in issuing federal assistance, (2) coordinate the logistics of transporting the household effects of Department of State and other Embassy employees, and contracting services, (3) allow customers to submit and track requests for services, (4) allow service providers to fulfill and track customer requests, and (5) fulfill International Cooperative Administrative Support Services (ICASS).
