Notice of Determinations; Culturally Significant Object Imported for Exhibition-Determinations: “Manet and Modern Beauty” Exhibition
Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that a certain object to be included in the exhibition ``Manet and Modern Beauty,'' imported from abroad for temporary exhibition within the United States, is of cultural significance. The object is imported pursuant to a loan agreement with the foreign owner or custodian. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit object at The Art Institute of Chicago, in Chicago, Illinois, from on or about May 26, 2019, until on or about September 8, 2019, and at The J. Paul Getty Museum, Los Angeles, California, from on or about October 8, 2019, until on or about January 12, 2020, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest. I have ordered that Public Notice of these determinations be published in the Federal Register.

Updating the State Department's List of Entities and Subentities Associated With Cuba (Cuba Restricted List)
The Department of State is publishing an update to its List of Restricted Entities and Subentities Associated with Cuba (Cuba Restricted List) with which direct financial transactions are generally prohibited under the Cuban Assets Control Regulations (CACR). This Cuba Restricted List is also considered during review of license applications submitted to the Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) pursuant to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
