Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: Pursuant to the authority vested in me by the Act of October 19, 1965 (79 Stat. 985; 22 U.S.C. 2459), Executive Order 12047 of March 27, 1978, the Foreign Affairs Reform and Restructuring Act of 1998 (112 Stat. 2681, et seq.; 22 U.S.C. 6501 note, et seq.), Delegation of Authority No. 234 of October 1, 1999, Delegation of Authority No. 236-3 of August 28, 2000 (and, as appropriate, Delegation of Authority No. 257 of April 15, 2003), I hereby determine that the object to be included in the exhibition ``The Mystic Marriage of Saint Catherine,'' imported from abroad for temporary exhibition within the United States, is of cultural significance. The object is imported pursuant to a loan agreement with the foreign owner or custodian. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit object at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, NY, from on or about March 3, 2014, until on or about February 29, 2016, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest. I have ordered that Public Notice of these Determinations be published in the Federal Register.

The Advisory Committee on Historical Diplomatic Documentation will meet on the following days during 2014, in open session, to discuss unclassified matters concerning declassification and transfer of Department of State records to the National Archives and Records Administration and the status of the Foreign Relations series, as indicated: 1. March 3, 2014. The Committee will meet in open session from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon in Room 2208, Department of State, 2201 C Street NW., Washington, DC (Department of State). RSVP should be sent as directed below not later than February 25, 2014. Requests for reasonable accommodation should be made by February 21, 2014. 2. June 9, 2014. The Committee will meet in open session from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon in Room 1207 of the Department of State. RSVP should be sent as directed below not later than June 3, 2014. The Committee's sessions in the afternoon of Monday, March 3, 2014; in the afternoon of Monday, June 9, 2014; in the morning of Tuesday, June 10, 2014; in the afternoon of Monday, September 8, 2014; in the morning of Tuesday, September 9, 2014; in the afternoon of Monday, December 8, 2014; and in the morning of Tuesday, December 9, 2014, will be closed in accordance with Section 10(d) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (P. L. 92-463). The agenda calls for discussions of agency declassification decisions concerning the Foreign Relations series and other declassification issues. These are matters properly classified and not subject to public disclosure under 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(l) and the public interest requires that such activities be withheld from disclosure.
