This exemption permits the sale (the Sale) of certain illiquid private fund interests (the Interests) by the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Pension Plan for Union-Represented Employees (the Plan or the Applicant) to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Foundation (the Foundation).
