Tip Regulations Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA); Partial Withdrawal; Correction
In this final rule correction, the Department of Labor (Department) revises the DATES section of the final rule published on October 29, 2021 to make a technical correction, clarifying that in addition to 29 CFR 531.56(e) the Department is also withdrawing the revisions to 29 CFR 10.28(b)(2) that published on December 30, 2020.

The Department of Labor's (DOL) Employment and Training Administration (ETA) is soliciting comments concerning a proposed extension for the authority to conduct the information collection request (ICR) titled, ``COVID-19 Symptom Tracker for Students, Emotional Wellness Form for Students, and Student Vaccination Status and Test Consent Form Collection''. This comment request is part of continuing Departmental efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA).
