OSHA solicits public comments concerning the proposal to extend the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) approval of the information collection requirements contained in the OSHA-7 Form.
Agency Information Collection Activities; Comment Request
The Department of Labor (DOL) is soliciting comments concerning a proposed extension for the authority to conduct the information collection request (ICR) titled, ``Roentgenographic Interpretation'' (Form CM-933), ``Roentgenographic Quality Rereading'' (Form CM-933a), ``Medical History and Examination for Coal Mine Workers' Pneumoconiosis'' (Form CM-988 and CM-988a), ``Report of Arterial Blood Gas Study'' (Form CM-1159), and ``Report of Ventilatory Study'' (Form CM-2907). This comment request is part of continuing Departmental efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA).
