Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request; Grain Handling Facilities
The Department of Labor (DOL) is submitting the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) sponsored information collection request (ICR) titled, ``Grain Handling Facilities (29 CFR 1910.272),'' to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval for use in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13, 44 U.S.C. chapter 35).
Request (ICR) for the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Employee and Employer Surveys; Comment Request
The Department of Labor (DOL), as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, conducts a preclearance consultation program to provide the general public and Federal agencies with an opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing collections of information in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA95). 44 U.S.C. 3056(c)(2)(A). This program helps to ensure that requested data can be provided in the desired format, reporting burden (time and financial resources) is minimized, collection instruments are clearly understood, and the impact of collection requirements on respondents can be properly assessed. The Wage and Hour Division is soliciting comments concerning its proposal to collect information on employees' and employers' experience with family and medical leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Workforce Investment Act of 1998 (WIA); Notice of Incentive Funding Availability for Program Year (PY) 2009 Performance; Correction
The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) published in the Federal Register on May 9, 2011, an announcement from the Department of Labor, in collaboration with the Department of Education, regarding which states are eligible to apply for WIA (Pub. L. 105-220, 29 U.S.C. 2801 et seq.) incentive awards under WIA section 503. The May 9, 2011, announcement did not include the appendix referencing which states passed the WIA portion and Adult Education and Family Literacy Act of the incentives review, respectively; the notice has been updated to include this appendix. Please note that no information has changed on the notice, nor has the number of states eligible for incentive funding.
