The Department of Labor (DOL) hereby announces the submission of the Wage Hour Division (WHD) sponsored information collection request (ICR) titled, ``Report of Construction Contractor's Wage Rates,'' to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval for continued use in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13, 44 U.S.C. chapter 35).
Employment and Training Administration
The Department of Labor, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, conducts a preclearance consultation program to provide the general public and federal agencies with an opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing collections of information in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA95) [44 U.S.C. 3506(c)(2)(A)]. This program helps to ensure that requested data can be provided in the desired format, reporting burden (time and financial resources) is minimized, collection instruments are clearly understood, and the impact of collection requirements on respondents can be properly assessed. Currently, the Employment and Training Administration is soliciting comments concerning the Office of Unemployment Insurance's collection of data on a revised form ETA 9000 that provides information about Internal Fraud and Overpayment Detection and Recovery Activities, the approval for which currently expires May 31, 2011. A copy of the proposed information collection request (ICR) can be obtained by contacting the office listed below in the addressee section of this notice.
