Importer of Controlled Substances Application: Experic LLC

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), Department of Justice (DOJ) will submit the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The proposed collection OMB 1140-0006 (Application and Permit for Importation of Firearms, Ammunition and Defense ArticlesATF Form 6 Part II (5330.3B)) is being revised to include a Continuation Sheet, so that additional firearms can be listed on the same permit application. The proposed information collection is also being published to obtain comments from the public and affected agencies.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), Department of Justice (DOJ) will submit the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The proposed information collection (IC) OMB 1140-0015 (Application for Tax Exempt Transfer and Registration of FirearmATF Form 5 (5320.5) is being updated to include minor changes due to the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act. These include updates to the instructions and questions regarding prohibited persons, adjustments to the definitions of misdemeanor crime of domestic violence and adjudicated mentally defective, and the resolution of other grammatical errors and formatting changes. The proposed IC is also being published to obtain comments from the public and affected agencies.

The proposed information collection (IC) OMB 1140-0011 (Application to Make and Register a FirearmATF Form 1 (5320.1)) is being revised to include changes due to the formatting changes, additional definitions, updates to the instructions, and other minor adjustments due to the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act. The proposed IC is also being published to obtain comments from the public and affected agencies.
